Warren has been tasked with leading Isagenix’s global expansion. His career has taken him throughout the world, leaving him with a keen understanding of how to communicate and work effectively with people from different cultures. He has more than 20 years of experience in a number of environments, including operations, business development, strategic planning, training and development, project management, production, finance and marketing. Warren has held senior and executive management positions with a number of network marketing companies. He studied commerce at the University of South Africa, is a member of the Project Management Institute and an active member of the community.
Kevin is a world-class financial and operations executive. He brings more than 20 years' experience to Isagenix. He has held multiple senior financial positions with companies like ConAgra Foods—one of the world’s largest packaged food companies. Prior to ConAgra, Kevin worked for International Home Foods, Conley McDonald, LLP, Coopers and Lybrand, LLP, and Stella Foods, Inc. Kevin has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a certified public accountant.
Liz brings a 24-year track record in strategic planning and brand management. She honed her skills in manufacturing, marketing, innovation and general management during her tenure at Procter and Gamble and at the Dial Corporation. Liz holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and an M.S. in business administration. She has also served as a board member for several charities.
Jim has been part of Isagenix since the beginning. His work ethic and sense of organization quickly earned him the respect of all Isagenix employees. To acknowledge his relentless commitment to the organization, he was awarded the 2004 Isagenix President's Award. Isagenix has been built on a firm foundation, mostly because of Jim's constant forethought and ability to anticipate potential problems before they occur. His tireless effort has been invaluable for Isagenix's continual growth.
Lisa’s focus is on strengthening Isagenix’s retention of Associates, developing a sales forecasting system, and leading global brand experience efforts. Her 12-year career includes a variety of marketing and sales roles for Procter & Gamble and Nissan Motor Corporation. Lisa is originally from Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and received a MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
Rick joined the Isagenix Executive Team in July 2004. He has more than 25 years experience in strategic marketing and communications, 15 years experience in direct sales, and has worked with five companies within the industry. He’s previously worked as a Director of Communications, Vice President of E-Commerce and the Internet, and a Vice President of Sales. He helped a start-up company grow to more than $100 million in sales and more than 100,000 representatives in just six years. He also helped a well-established, 30-year-old company re-energize its employees and sales force to double their sales in three years. Rick understands what it takes to create growth and success. After carefully watching the early success of Isagenix, he soon decided to target Isagenix as the company he wanted to work for.
Rick is responsible for marketing, including new product marketing and communications, the Isagenix Monthly Insider newsletter, the Isagenix for Life magazine, and the Web site. He works with Compliance, Canada and Puerto Rico expansion, and manages many aspects of the planning for Convention Celebrations.
Rick attended the University of Utah and Brigham Young University. He and his wife, Susy, have six children.
Darren's a seasoned IT professional who brings world-class project management, financial, and operational skills to the Isagenix management team. He’s been responsible for large strategic business transformation initiatives and also has led the development of the Information Technology organization needed to support and leverage the investment in information technology across external and internal customers. He was most recently the vice president of information technology for ConAgra Foods, one of the world’s largest packaged food companies. He has also held leadership positions with SAP, a leading software provider, and Cellular One.
Darren has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Illinois and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Larry Lantieri has worked full time in the Network Marketing industry since 1992. He made the top position in three companies and was the No. 1 recruiter in two of them. Larry has personally sponsored more than 1,100 people, resulting in over 90,000 distributors in 20 countries, exceeding $30 million dollars in sales. His last distributorship exceeded $2 million in monthly sales. He has served on two corporate strategic planning boards.
Larry works closely with the field, conducting trainings for the growing team of Isagenix Associates.
